Led by Rob Sogard, a 40-year PSIA member, past PSIA National Team member and coach as well as an examiner and education chair member., our team is made up of over 600 instructors. Many have been with us for more than 5 seasons and with many exceeding 15 seasons. The majority of our lessons are geared towards children and families, making the ability to connect with guests of all ages essential for a successful instructor.
