CULINARY TEAM
The culinary team at Deer Valley Resort is responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for guests, whether it's a quick bite between runs or a fine dining experience after a full day on the slopes. This team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff work together to deliver delicious and diverse menus that cater to the various tastes and dietary preferences of our guests.

FRONT OF HOUSE
The front-of-house food and beverage team at Deer Valley Resort plays a vital role in creating a positive and memorable dining experience for our guests across many different food outlets (fine dining, cafeteria style, grab & go, cafes). Their friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and commitment to guest satisfaction contribute significantly to the overall success and reputation of the resort's dining establishments.

FOOD & BEVERAGE EXPECTATIONS

  • Exemplify a strong work ethic
  • Function as a team player
  • Interact positively and professionally with members of their peer group and all Divisional employees
  • Interact positively with other Deer Valley Resort employees
  • Communicate any suggestions or concerns to the manager in a timely manner
  • Speak and act professionally while on duty
  • Support and follow Deer Valley policies and procedures and DV Employee Handbook guidelines
  • Support all areas of food and beverage when needed
  • Some overtime may be required periodically to fulfill these responsibilities
  • Be a good example to those around you with a positive, supportive attitude
