Deer Valley Resort offers a limited amount of subsidized dorm-style and condominium housing for our staff. These are fully furnished apartments filled with everyday amenities. There are currently four housing locations in Park City on the free bus route: Snowshoe Inn, Snow Country Condominiums, Slopeside Village, and Prospector. Explore our properties below.

Employee Housing

    • PROSPECTOR
      Located in the Prospector area of Park City and on Park City's free transit system, these dorm-style accommodations offer options of either two or three people per room.

      Snow Country Condominiums are located on Deer Valley Drive and on the free bus route in Park City. The condominiums are available for up to four people per condominium and two people per room.

    • Limited housing is available based on department and position. The hiring manager for each position will be able to discuss housing availability. Our housing department can also answer any questions concerning housing availability at housing@deervalley.com.

      • No smoking is allowed in any Deer Valley staff housing facility. Residents may smoke outside the buildings in designated areas at least 25 feet from the building, per the Utah Indoor Clean Air Act.
      • Quiet time in all Deer Valley properties, except for Slopeside Village, is from 10:00pm to 7:00am. Slopeside quiet time is from 9:00pm to 7:00am.
      • The following listed behaviors or items are not allowed in any staff housing facilities at any time: no overnight guests, no parties or gatherings, no fire hazards, no weapons, no illegal activities, no excessive consumption of alcohol, and no underage drinking, and no pets.
      • Residents are responsible for always keeping the units clean and orderly – unit inspections can happen at any time.
      • Residents are responsible for obtaining a P.O. Box; mail cannot be delivered to staff housing. To obtain a P.O. Box you must have a residency letter, which you can get from the housing department by emailing housing@deervalley.com.
      • Parking is very limited at staff housing in Park City. A limited number of parking permits will be issued on a first come, first served basis. There is a monthly fee for parking at any housing properties. Please list your vehicle when you submit your housing application form and deposit.
      • Must adhere to check-in times for housing.
      • Listed housing prices and fees are effective as of 11/1/2024.
      1. Candidate is offered and accepts a full-time position with Deer Valley Resort.
      2. Employees must email/indicate to their manager that they are interested in securing housing through Deer Valley. Beds will be allocated by the department you’re working for. Your manager will let you know if you have been selected for housing.
      3. The housing department will then send the applicant an email with the housing application link attached. Once the application link is complete and the deposit for housing have been received, the application is processed in housing. The application and deposit must be completed within 72 hours of receiving it, or you may lose your opportunity for housing.
      4. The applicant waits for the assignment letter–this process can take 2 to 5 days after the completion of application link and deposit are received. The assignment letter includes the following information: where the applicant will be staying, check in times, how to get transportation to the assigned property, which amenities come in the room, and what items to bring with you.
