INSURANCE COVERAGE
Healthcare plans are available for all seasonal and year-round full-time staff members. Year-round full-time staff are also eligible for dental and vision benefits, Flexible Spending Accounts, disability insurances, and optional life insurance coverages.
RETIREMENT PLANS
Staff members are encouraged to participate in Alterra Mountain Company’s employer-matched 401(k) plan. This comprehensive plan allows you to fund your retirement with pre-tax and/or post-tax (Roth) dollars efficiently.

Resources, training, and tools are provided to boost mental health and resilience. All staff can access our Employee Assistance Programs that provide employees, spouses, and household members 6 free confidential counseling sessions.

There are various mountain access options at Deer Valley and partner resorts: Deer Valley Employee Pass, Marketing Coupons for discounted skiing, and Alterra Employee Pass. Ski perks vary by employment status and tenure.
