Led by Rob Sogard, a 40-year PSIA member, past PSIA National Team member and coach as well as an examiner and education chair member., our team is made up of over 600 instructors. Many have been with us for more than 5 seasons and with many exceeding 15 seasons. The majority of our lessons are geared towards children and families, making the ability to connect with guests of all ages essential for a successful instructor. With our significant resort expansion and our commitment to professionalism, now is the time to join our school!

AVERAGE HOURLY RATE INCLUDING ADD-ONS

  • Level 1 PSIA ($20/hr. base) - $30XXX/hour based on an estimated full-time season of 500 hours
  • Level 2 PSIA ($23/hr. base) - $30XXX/hour based on an estimated full-time season of 500 hours
  • Level 3 PSIA ($26/hr. min. base) - $50XXX based on an estimated full-time season of 500 hours
  • Training staff that includes many current PSIA-I Education Staff and members who have been endorsed for PSIA National Team tryouts
  • Paid early season training for all new staff
  • Extensive season long training program for all levels of experience and certification
HOUSING

  • Over 450 beds available for full time seasonal staff
  • Multiple properties in the Park City area with access to free transportation
  • Multi person and single units available
  • Affordable rates
  • Salt Lake City, Heber Valley, and Kamas offer more housing options and are all within 30 to 45 minutes from Deer Valley

ACCESS TO THE RESORT

  • Ski School staff are currently all based out of the Snow Park area
  • On-site employee parking is available
  • There are many free transportation options from surrounding areas and company sponsored ride share incentives
