Join our complimentary Mountain Host Tours, offered daily throughout the ski season, for an insider’s look at Deer Valley. Led by our knowledgeable Mountain Hosts, these guided ski tours are perfect for intermediate and expert skiers looking to learn more about the resort’s terrain, history, and trivia, while discovering new runs and secret powder stashes.
Mountain Host Tour with a Champion
On select Wednesday mornings, one of our Ski with a Champion athletes will join the 10 a.m. intermediate tour for an unforgettable experience! Ski alongside icons like Ashley Caldwell, Shannon Bahrke, Fuzz Feddersen, Kaylin Richardson, Jillian Vogtli, Chris Waddell, and Trace Worthington.
*Tours depart four times daily from the Mountain Host Hut, located near the top of Carpenter Express and Homestake Express chairlifts. Follow the signs to meet your group. Tours leave promptly and cannot accommodate late arrivals—please arrive 15 minutes before the departure time of the tour.

Policies and Procedures
- Participants must be at least intermediate ability level for the intermediate tour and expert ability level for the expert tour.
- Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Tour capacity is limited. Tours leave promptly and cannot accommodate late arrivals. Please arrive 15 minutes before the departure time of the tour to secure your spot.
- A valid lift ticket or season pass is required for every participant.
- Participants must fill out the Mountain Activities Release Form.
