SLOPE GROOMING DEPARTMENT

The Slope Grooming Team provides guests with an enjoyable and safe skiing experience by focusing on snow preservation (maintaining an adequate and even distribution of snow on the ski trails and other related areas) and snow preparation (creating a uniform snow density and consistency while providing a smooth, even, and blemish free skiing surface).

While running a snow cat looks like a lot of fun, it is a very intricate and skilled position that takes years to master. Our 50+ member team works variable shifts during the season including Swing (1530-0000) and Grave Shifts (2330-1000) which can be difficult to manage with other personal responsibilities. We hold very high standards to maintain our Prinoth and Pisten Bully machines, produce unmatched trail terrain for our skiers, and work at optimal efficiency. We are searching for professional staff who are passionate skiers with an equipment background and interest in committing to five years working on our team.
