Join us on July 26 at 6 p.m. for an unforgettable summer evening at Deer Valley’s picturesque Cushing’s Cabin to celebrate the launch of a new local restaurant, 5-Seeds’ sister restaurant, Matilda. Experience the beauty of an evening chairlift ride to the summit of Flagstaff Mountain, where guests will indulge in an exclusive menu tasting from Park City’s newest pizza establishment. Enjoy a quintessential Park City summer evening set against the stunning backdrop of Deer Valley’s alpenglow accented mountain vistas, live fire cooking as guests arrive via chairlift, perfect pairings from Offset Brewery and High West Distillery, and al fresco community-centered farm tables.

This mountaintop celebration of the community’s culinary excellence will feature a family-style dinner with Matilda's signature pizzas prepared in Gozney pizza ovens overlooking the Wasatch Mountains. Guest Chef Sarah Glover of The Wild Kitchen, who believes every meal should be an adventure, will be on site demonstrating her open fire cooking methods and incorporating fresh ingredients into the evening’s menu. Be a part of this culinary journey and toast to a fantastic Deer Valley summer evening and the exciting new venture of Matilda from 5-Seeds.

Guests will arrive at Empire Canyon Lodge, utilize valet parking, and then ride the Ruby Express chairlift roundtrip to access the mountaintop event at Cushing’s Cabin on Deer Valley's Flagstaff Mountain. Please note that this is a 21+ event.
