Events include a 6-course dinner in the elegant Fireside Dining Room at Empire Canyon Lodge on January 10 and 11, 2025, and a hands-on cooking class at The Brass Tag on January 12, 2025.
The 6-course dinners, meticulously crafted by three-Michelin-starred Chef Morales, promise a journey through his innovative Andalusian cuisine. Each evening begins with a VIP reception featuring passed appetizers, prosecco, live jazz, and a meet-and-greet with the chef. Using the finest Utah ingredients and specialty items from Spain, Chef Morales, in collaboration with Deer Valley’s culinary team, will create a multi-sensory dining experience, with each course expertly paired with Spanish wines.
The cooking class offers an exclusive opportunity to learn from Chef Morales as he guides you in crafting a gourmet meal from scratch. About Chef Paco Morales
Paco Morales is a celebrated Spanish chef known for his innovative approach to Andalusian cuisine. With a solid career in national and international gastronomy, Paco Morales has managed, in record time (7 and a half years), to position his restaurant Noor at the highest global gastronomic level.
Recognized in 2024 with 3 MICHELIN stars and for the last four years included among the best 100 chefs in the world consecutively, Morales has a high creative and gastronomic capacity that, without a doubt, provides a new perspective from which to approach the experience.
Currently Grupo Paco Morales manages the Noor gastronomic restaurant (3*) in Córdoba, El Bar de Paco, a more informal concept, in Atenas (Hotel One & Only Atenas) and the QABU gastronomic restaurant in One & Only One.
