About Chef Paco Morales
Paco Morales is a celebrated Spanish chef known for his innovative approach to Andalusian cuisine. With a solid career in national and international gastronomy, Paco Morales has managed, in record time (7 and a half years), to position his restaurant Noor at the highest global gastronomic level.
Recognized in 2024 with 3 MICHELIN stars and for the last four years included among the best 100 chefs in the world consecutively, Morales has a high creative and gastronomic capacity that, without a doubt, provides a new perspective from which to approach the experience.
Currently Grupo Paco Morales manages the Noor gastronomic restaurant (3*) in Córdoba, El Bar de Paco, a more informal concept, in Atenas (Hotel One & Only Atenas) and the QABU gastronomic restaurant in One & Only One. With a solid career in national and international gastronomy, Paco Morales has managed, in record time (7 and a half years), to position his restaurant Noor at the highest global gastronomic level.
