THE RESIDENCES AT THE TOWER AMENITIES
The Residences at The Tower brings new meaning to luxury with its timeless stone and timber mountain lodge architecture, elegant interior finishes, inviting amenities and endearing rustic sophistication.
The Residences at The Tower Restaurant: The Residences at The Tower restaurant breakfast buffet is served daily until 11 a.m. Open year round. Complimentary to all guests. The restaurant also serves lunch and dinner during the ski season. Spring, summer, and fall lunch and dinner are closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Beautiful outdoor patio with heaters serves après ski daily in winter and is available for outdoor dining in spring, summer, and fall.
Outdoor Pool, Hot Tubs, Fire Pit: Wrap up your day relaxing in the slope-side heated outdoor pool and two hot tubs with views of Flagstaff Mountain. Families love enjoying hot chocolate, while toasting marshmallows, at the adjacent outdoor firepit.
Ski Locker Room with Ski Valet: Guest storage is available in the slope-side ski locker room. The on-staff ski valet will make storing and retrieving your skis easy and convenient.
Private Day Spa: With both signature and specialized treatments, The Residences at The Tower's on-site, full-service day spa provides rejuvenation and timely service at your convenience.
Fitness Center: The large fitness center is open year-round, and is well appointed with a treadmill, elliptical machine, recumbent bike, rowing machine, multi-weight machine, dumbbell free weights, adjustable bench, medicine balls and resistance bands. Separate ladies' and gentleman’s locker rooms provide changing facilities, bathrooms, showers, steam room, hot tub and swimsuit dryers. The steam rooms are spacious, and provide the perfect place to relax and recover after a day of adventure or an invigorating workout.
Kids' Club: Please note Wild Star Child’s Club is not included with your stay, at this time.
Garage Parking: Enjoy complimentary reserved parking with one (1) reserved space in the heated parking garage.

Special Booking Requests
All residences in rental are individually owned and managed by Deer Valley Resort Lodging and Reservations. A residence request may be made at the time of booking. Requests are honored based on availability.
Our best efforts to accommodate any booking requests will be made. Any change to your request will be communicated back to you by our Reservations department post booking. If you prefer, you may also call and speak with a Vacation Planner at 435-645-6528 or 800-558-3337.

A one night deposit, including taxes and fees, is due at time of booking. Full payment, including taxes and fees, is due 45 days prior to arrival. If reservation is made less than 45 days from arrival, full payment is due at time of booking.
All transactions at Deer Valley will now be cashless in order to expedite transaction times and enhance the guest experience.
Deer Valley has implemented contactless payment options at key point of sale locations, allowing us to operate more efficiently and securely. Guests are encouraged to “tap-and-go” with their credit card or mobile payment device at checkout or use our mobile ordering options for food and beverage purchases.
Deer Valley gift cards are accepted at most resort owned and operated outlets. Please check here for the complete list of outlets that are able to accept gift cards.
Cancel
Cancellations made greater than 45 days prior to arrival forfeit one night’s lodging and tax. Cancellations made 45 days or less prior to arrival, will forfeit full payment. No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals or early departures.
Travel Insurance
Optional Travel Protection Insurance is available to protect your investment. Insurance is provided by Spot Insurance. Not all insurance products or coverage are available in all jurisdictions. Coverage is subject to actual policy language.

Deer Valley is a ski only resort. Guests on alpine, telemark or mono ski equipment with feet placed side by side and facing forward are allowed.
During these anticipated capacity time periods, tickets are non-refundable.
Please choose your dates carefully as no refunds, cancellations or exchanges will be offered during these time periods.
