Fresh Slopeside Sets, Taste of Luxury Series & Apres Events on Tap at Deer Valley

DEER VALLEY RESORT; PARK CITY, UTAH (Feb. 12, 2025) – February and March deliver a host of opportunities for skiers to kick back and revel in Deer Valley’s lively après scene with a second drop of the popular Slopeside Sets at the new luxury yurt, Chute Eleven. Ski beach collaborations including Fire & Ice, Snowcats & Street Tacos, and the High West Whiskey Lounge return to McHenry Beach, along with another installment in the resort’s Taste of Luxury Series March 14 through 16, 2025, giving guests once-in-a-lifetime dining experiences with Michelin Chef Davide Palluda at The Brass Tag.

Slopeside Sets at Chute Eleven
Deer Valley Resort is elevating the après-ski experience with Slopeside Sets at Chute Eleven, an exclusive new DJ series set in a cozy slopeside yurt in Empire Canyon. This intimate venue offers a unique blend of top-tier entertainment, signature cocktails, gourmet seafood, and decadent small bites. With space limited and high demand expected, tickets for the following DJ events are anticipated to sell out quickly.

• BAYNK - Saturday, Feb. 15

Baynk is a New Zealand electronic producer known for his infectious blend of tropical house, future bass, and atmospheric synths. Mixing live instrumentation with dreamy soundscapes, his music delivers vibrant, feel-good energy.

• VAVO - Sunday, Feb. 16

Comprised of Jessie Fischer and Alden Martin, they’ve rocked the ACMs, EDC, and Stagecoach, earned multiple No. 1s on US Dance Radio, and collaborated with top country artists.

• LP Giobbi - Sunday, Feb. 23

LP Giobbi is a DJ, producer, jazz-trained pianist, and remix powerhouse known for reimagining Grateful Dead and Taylor Swift while also building original songs.

Fire & Ice

McHenry Beach, located mid-mountain outside Silver Lake Lodge

This rosé-all-day party features Whispering Angel and Rock Angel rosé, craft cocktails, local beers, and delicious food from Deer Valley's award-winning culinary team. Relax in Adirondack chairs by glowing fire cauldrons, strike a pose at the 8-foot photo wall, and groove to beats from a live DJ. Enjoy fun snow games like cornhole, all while soaking in the festive vibes on the ski beach. Admission is free for this 21+ event.

Snowcats and Street Tacos

March 8 & 9, 2025 | 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.

McHenry Beach, located mid-mountain outside Silver Lake Lodge

Sip on handcrafted Lalo Tequila margaritas, savor street tacos made by Deer Valley’s award-winning culinary team and enjoy the beats of a live DJ. Warm up by roaring fire cauldrons, snap a photo with a Deer Valley snowcat, and challenge friends to a game of cornhole on the snow. With brand giveaways, scenic seating, and non-stop fiesta vibes, this 21+ slopeside party is not to be missed.

The VIP meet and greet reception, and dinner is a “welcome to Deer Valley dinner” for Chef Palluda. Diners will mingle with Chef Polluda, Deer Valley’s Director of Beverage, and the Executive Chef of Deer Valley. Taste amazing canapés and taste some hand selected wines while spending time with this Michelin Star Chef. Following the reception, enjoy a 5-course Italian dinner featuring the celebrated cuisine from Chef Davide Palluda.

Taste of Luxury Series | Hands-On Cooking Class with Chef Davide Palluda

Learn culinary secrets from Chef Palluda in this hands-on cooking class, which includes making pasta from scratch. Deer Valley’s own culinary team joins Chef Palluda for this one-of-a-kind culinary experience followed by lunch and a beautiful wine pairing. Each guest will go home with their very own pasta maker, a custom apron, and recipes of all the dishes prepared.

High West Whiskey Lounge

March 21 – 23, 2025 | 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.

McHenry Beach, located mid-mountain outside Silver Lake Lodge

Raise a glass to a three-day whiskey celebration and enjoy beverages by High West and Offset Bier, gourmet bites from Deer Valley’s award-winning culinary team, and warm up by wood-burning cauldrons. Snap a picture with the vintage High West Airstream Bar, get a custom-engraved flask, play cornhole on the snow, and enjoy live beats from a DJ while kicking back in the ski beach lounge. Admission is free for this 21+ event.
