Several of Park City’s favorite food and beverage events are scheduled at the resort, including a series of luxury culinary experiences starring esteemed chefs and winemakers. Plus, opportunities for families to test their hands crafting meals, and options for festival and concertgoers to dig into the best flavors of the season and whet their whistle with craft beers on tap. Mark these dates on your calendar to create the perfect Park City summer itinerary.

MOUNTAINTOP BREWS AND TUNES SERIES
Saturdays, June 15 – September 7, 2024

Ride up Sterling Express chairlift and join us for scenic afternoon celebrations atop Deer Valley’s Bald Mountain at Snowshoe Tommy's. Enjoy a variety of beer partners, live entertainment, take-away fare with à la carte pricing, and stunning mountaintop views every Saturday, June 15 through September 7, 2024 from 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. An all-area, full-day scenic or bike lift ticket is required to ride the Sterling Express chairlift to access each event.

SUMMER ON THE DECK
Thursdays, June 20 – August 29, 2024

Join us this summer on the Deer Valley Café deck for an unforgettable experience, where live music meets culinary excellence. In collaboration with Mountain Town Music, we present a mouthwatering BBQ crafted by Deer Valley's renowned culinary team. Every Thursday from June 20 to August 29, from noon to 3 p.m., immerse yourself in the perfect blend of flavors and melodies.

The deck offers views of Pebble Beach, where you can watch guests paddleboarding against the backdrop of picturesque mountain scenes. Bring your family and friends for a fun-filled day in town or treat yourself to a solo escape, surrounded by the beauty of nature. Indulge in delicious BBQ, relax, and let the sounds of your favorite local musicians create a memorable summer afternoon.

TASTE OF LUXURY: KANSAS CITY BBQ
July 13 – 14, 2024

Indulge in the ultimate BBQ experience this July as Chef Ryan Arensdorf returns to Deer Valley for the second annual Taste of Luxury Smoked Series on July 13 to 14, 2024. Chef Arensdorf will showcase the distinct flavors of Kansas City style BBQ during this two-day event, complemented by scenic chairlift rides to and from dinner, and the option to extend your evening with the Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit concert at the Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater. In addition, guests will have the opportunity to elevate their own BBQ skills with a personal cooking class and lunch alongside Chef Arensdorf himself. TASTE OF LUXURY: DUCKHORN PORTFOLIO & HEAD WINEMAKER AT PARADUXX
July 20 – 21, 2024

Deer Valley's Taste of Luxury Series on July 20 to 21, 2024, showcases the exquisite talents of Chef Clement Gelas and winemaker Cardiff Scott-Robinson. Chef Gelas, known for his innovative French cuisine that pays homage to his Haute-Savoie roots, pairs his dishes with Cardiff's sophisticated blends from Paraduxx, renowned for capturing the essence of Napa Valley.

Together at Talisker Club, they will deliver an elevated dining experience, blending local Park City flavors with world-class wines. This event promises a celebration of tradition and culinary innovation.

TASTE OF LUXURY: CHEF LEE ANNE WONG
August 15 – 17, 2024

Experience the Taste of Luxury Series at Deer Valley, featuring the illustrious Chef Lee Anne Wong from August 15 to 17, 2024. Delight in three days of exquisite multi-course dinners, complemented by intimate cooking classes and VIP meet-and-greet sessions with Chef Wong.

Collaborating with Deer Valley’s renowned culinary team, Chef Wong will blend the finest local Utah ingredients with distinctive Hawaiian elements, all paired with a curated selection of wines and cocktails. This event promises an unforgettable fusion of fine dining and natural beauty at Deer Valley.

CREATIVE ACADEMY
Weekends beginning July 6, 2024

At Deer Valley Creative Academy, we offer a fusion of culinary experiences that will ignite your senses and nurture your artistic spirit. Indulge your love for food and libations with our diverse selection of cooking and wine pairing classes, led by industry professionals and local experts. Dive into the art of crafting unique cocktails and appetizers that will tantalize your taste buds, bake Deer Valley staples like our famous carrot cake, or explore gourmet side dishes to elevate any meal. Whether you're a seasoned chef or an aspiring foodie, our academy offers something for everyone.

CONCERT DINING
July 5 – August 29, 2024

Deer Valley is home to two distinct music series (Deer Valley Concert Series and Utah Symphony’s Deer Valley Music Festival) and the stage is set throughout the summer. During the symphony concerts, paella will be served—as good as it is to eat, it is also fun to watch Deer Valley’s chefs cook it up in their big paella pan.

Gourmet picnic bags are also available (be sure to order before 5 pm the previous day), along with concession stands for quick beverage and food items such as the Wasatch burger dog, sandwiches, Deer Valley Turkey Chili, cold beer, and wine.

MOUNTAIN BEER FESTIVAL
September 14 – 15, 2024

Sip and sample brews from over a dozen Utah breweries at the third annual Deer Valley Mountain Beer Festival. This unique beer festival includes scenic chairlift rides throughout the resort, live music, outdoor dining, and family-friendly activities. Attendees to Park City’s only beer festival will enjoy the opportunity to sample a wide range of beer flavors and styles, including many full-strength selections.

The festival was created to celebrate Utah’s brewing culture and is exclusive to breweries from Utah. Expect to see local Park City producers such as Offset Bier and Park City Brewing, along with nationally recognized brewers such as Squatters and Uinta.
